Simply send us an email to contact@norwood.boutique with the following information: Order number, Full name, Item(s) you wish to return, Brief description of the reason (optional, but helps us improve). After reviewing your request, we will send you the return address and further instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email. If the refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take slightly longer for the funds to appear in your account.
